REFLEXOLOGY

Reflexology is a non-invasive complimentary modality involving thumb and finger techniques to apply alternating pressure to reflexes shown on reflex maps of the body located on the feet, hands and ears (ARCB).

By stimulating these reflexes, the body is brought into balance, stress and tension reduced and the body's natural healing is activated. While there are few (if any) conditions that cannot benefit from the healing effects of reflexology, some of the more documented conditions that can achieve some relief are:

ALLERGIES and SINUS PROBLEMS

CONSTIPATION, NAUSEA and REFLUX

DIABETES and THYROID IMBALANCES

HEADACHES and MIGRAINES

NECK and BACKACHES

ARTHRITIS and MUSCLE ACHES

PMS and HORMONAL IMBALANCES

FATIGUE

INSOMNIA

STRESS

MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS

CANCER TREATMENT SIDE EFFECTS

In addition to the profound effects on your whole body, reflexology is a wonderful modality for aching hands and feet. By manipulating the soft tissues of the hands and feet, using specific techniques on the calves and forearms as well as foot loosening techniques, restrictions can be released, providing relief for problems such as:

PLANTAR FASCIITIS and HEEL PAIN

CARPEL TUNNEL

METATARSALGIA

MORTONS NEUROMA

NEUROPATHY

When your feet hurt, your whole body eventually aches and when your feet are happy, your whole body and being know it.
